1. About MossLink

MossLink is a B2B networking equipment manufacturer and OEM/ODM service provider based in Shenzhen, China. We supply enterprise-grade Wi-Fi access points, routers, PoE switches, and wireless bridges to system integrators, ISPs, distributors, and enterprise buyers worldwide.

All sales, quotes, and service engagements are governed by these terms unless a separate written agreement has been executed between MossLink and the buyer.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data from this site
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact or quote forms
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with website operation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product specifications, images, and descriptions on this website are accurate. However, product details are subject to change without notice due to ongoing product development and manufacturing improvements.

Official specifications confirmed in a written quotation or sales order take precedence over information displayed on this website. For OEM/ODM orders, final specifications are defined in the signed project agreement.

4. Quotes & Orders

Submitting an inquiry or quote request through this website does not constitute a binding order or contract. A valid order is only established when:

• MossLink issues a formal written quotation
• The buyer accepts the quotation and issues a purchase order
• MossLink confirms acceptance of the purchase order in writing

Pricing is subject to change and is confirmed only in a formal quotation. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, and do not include import duties, taxes, or shipping costs unless explicitly noted.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For OEM/ODM projects, payment milestones are specified in the project agreement.

Accepted payment methods include T/T (bank wire transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit for orders above USD $50,000). Other payment methods may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Warranty

All MossLink hardware products carry a 5-year limited warranty from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
• Physical damage from accidents, power surges, or environmental exposure beyond rated specifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by third-party software or firmware not supplied by MossLink

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and a written description of the defect. MossLink will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective units or issue a credit toward future purchases.

7. Shipping & Export

Products are shipped from Shenzhen, China. Standard shipping terms are EXW (Ex Works) or FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes in the destination country.

MossLink complies with applicable Chinese export regulations. Orders may be subject to export licensing requirements depending on destination country and product specifications.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if found to be defective upon arrival. Returns require prior written authorization from MossLink. Products must be returned in original packaging.

OEM/ODM and custom orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced. Cancellation of standard orders after shipment is not accepted. Pre-production cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and engineering costs incurred.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, logos, and technical documentation — is the intellectual property of MossLink or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

For OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property rights for customer-specific designs and branding remain with the customer as agreed in the project contract. MossLink retains ownership of underlying hardware platforms and proprietary firmware.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MossLink's total liability arising from any claim related to products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific products in question.

MossLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
